Mold Stains No.1
oil, charcoal and cold wax on panel, 8”x11”x1.5,” 2021.
Mold stains is a diptych series of the growth of mold. The rawness of the panel comes through to show the wood grain as though showing vulnerability. The sides of the panels are untouched as to preserve the integrity of the wood.
