The things we see and touch appear and disappear as though its existence is temporal. The works I have created bind into a reality that makes lesser sense as one hopes to achieve a clearer understanding. At times the work becomes mystifying within itself causing one to be rendered motionless and thoughtless. In this moment, the viewer has become part of the gaze and one with its surroundings.

I often create installations of romanticized conversations between found objects and my artwork. It is a sense of longing and discovery of displacement found within oneself in the world. A part of me longs for something that no longer exists and by creating the work I do, I hope that I am able to share that feeling.
